KENNSCOTT Limited owes its genesis to the nurtured dream of our Chairman/CEO, Mr. Kenneth Prescott. A bold visionary with an innovative mind, Mr. Prescott invested two decades of experience in offshore catering towards meticulously growing the organization. He believes outstanding corporate leadership defines the nature of any organization, which he has demonstrated by establishing a team of talented individuals with diverse, yet relevant skills and work experience. He has also enhanced his own knowledge and leadership capability by completing numerous short courses in management, conflict resolution, occupational health and safety as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Lisa is a perpetual learner which serves the company well by establishing equity among employees and brings a personal, caring touch to Kennscott. A certified ALTA tutor, she is currently pursuing her master’s in strategic management as she finds strategy not only fascinating, but essential to propel the company towards growth. Multi-tasking between Director and HR responsibilities since 2011, she views consistent learning, integrity and fairness as ways to empower people, particularly young people whom she coaches through self-development programs.
Nicholas has learned over the last eight (8) years as Operations Manager that ‘Employees make the company’. Described as a people person, he believes in going beyond time constraints to take charge of all offshore facilities, manage employee shifts as well as handling the logistics of getting food and staff to offshore sites and back. Having earned a Bachelors degree in Business Information Management Systems, he appreciates the warm, relaxed culture of Kennscott and lists organising charity drives, fitness and sport as his recreation.
Senior HSE Manager
Russell’s contribution to Kennscott is his work ethic – maintain integrity, be transparent and don’t panic! He particularly values customer service and flexibility when overseeing the company’s supply chain. Whether he is managing procurement and delivery of services or developing HSE systems, he cherishes the opportunity to implement change and the feeling of ownership in doing so. Russell is also academically accomplished with diplomas in Industrial Relations, OSH, a master’s degree in supply chain management and numerous other certifications.
Offshore Team Lead
Claude, commonly referred to as ‘Sweet Hand’ acts as the official liaison between office and offshore sites. Passionate about cooking, Claude enrolled in culinary certificate programs and began mastering his craft at local hospitals and restaurants. Being a Supervisor for ten (10) years provided the opportunity to perfect his cooking, as well as pass on his knowledge to junior staff. Described as a humble individual, Claude is particularly inspired by French cuisine and volunteers as a mentor to a new generation of chefs in his spare time.
Jean Pierre Robinson
Supervisor/ Events Specialist
Jean Pierre joined Kennscott Ltd.’s culinary team in 2008. Reliable and efficient, he seamlessly scaled the corporate ladder moving from cook to baker to camp boss consistently demonstrating his culinary skills and true professionalism. Jean Pierre also plays a critical role in representing Kennscott at local and international events including the TT Chamber of Commerce Energy Conference. His work philosophy involves delivering exquisite cuisine using high-quality ingredients. He also lends his passion and creativity, in addition to, creative décor services to private functions.
Marc is an OSHA and NEBOSH-educated safety professional who also holds the position of HSE Committee Chairman. He is responsible for providing key advice and support on all matters related to Health and Safety and ensuring the organization meets its legal obligations and achieves its policy aims. Marc graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Master of Science Degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health and is also the holder of a Civil Engineering Degree.
